The service I received was outstanding. She worked dilgently to market our property and it get it sold. From the beginning she was very helpful in setting a price for our home that would get it sold. She provided an in depth explanation of all the paper work and the procedures that would take place. Renee was always available to answer any questions that me and my husband had.
Once we had a buyer for our property the transaction was smooth. We did have a few issues with some work that had to be done. Even these issues Renee was able to bring a resolution that was agreeable between us and the buyers. She always stayed in contact with the other realtor and the progress of the buyers just to be sure there were no issues. This is a huge help for a seller!

Ann Ganesh was a great asset to us while selling our house. My wife and I were a little nervous listing it with an agent considering the market in Orlando area. Once we had our first meeting with Ann, it became clear that listing our house through her was the best way to go considering our particular circumstances. Once our house was listed we had immediate showings and the showings continued for 2 weeks until we had an offer for listing price on the house. Once the offer was accepted Ann was great keeping everything on track and in order for us while we were working on transferring out of state. It was a blessing having her as she was able to take care of all the tedious things that come with selling the house. She is always courteous and polite when she was talking to us about the house and what we needed to do.
